TribeScribe provides a platform for creating and sharing private group communications called Tribe Letters with designated members of your choosing.
To use TribeScribe, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
You retain all ownership rights to the content you submit to TribeScribe. By submitting content, you grant TribeScribe a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and share the content with your designated Tribe members.

TribeScribe offers free trial periods followed by paid subscription services. Billing occurs according to the terms presented at the time of subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are provided only in accordance with our refund policy.
TribeScribe reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
TribeScribe may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of TribeScribe after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
TribeScribe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
TribeScribe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TribeScribe is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
