We send thoughtful questions to your group members individually, collect everyone's responses, and compile them into a beautiful Tribe Letter that's accessible to all participants through the dashboard and optionally via email.

Unlike the chaos of group texts or the scheduling challenges of calls, TribeScribe provides a structured, asynchronous way to share meaningful updates. Everyone can participate on their own time, and the compiled Tribe Letter format ensures nobody misses out. Plus, our thoughtfully crafted questions help spark deeper conversations than typical day-to-day messages.

We've crafted a library of thought-provoking questions designed to spark meaningful conversation. Tribe creators can select from our collection, set up 'Evergreen Questions' that appear in every issue, or create custom questions that match their group's interests and dynamics.

No, participation is flexible. Members can answer any or all questions as they choose. Some Tribes have settings where issues are only sent to those who responded to previous questions, creating a more engaged community.

Your first two TribeScribe issues are completely free. Afterwards, a single subscription will keep your TribeScribe going for everyone. You can create unlimited issues with up to 50 members on each Tribe you own. Among social apps, costing money is unusual. But we think costing money is a good thing — it means we never show ads, and we never sell your data. It lets us keep TribeScribe a truly private and meaningful place for your friends, families, and teams. If your TribeScribe brings everyone closer together, we hope you find it valuable enough to pay for it directly. You can create and manage an unlimited number of Tribes from your account. A single subscription will cover all Tribes you own.

Your Tribe's conversations are private and only shared with members of your specific Tribe. We never sell your data or content to third parties, and we use industry-standard security practices to protect your information. You always own your content and can export or delete it at any time.

As a Tribe admin, you can modify settings at any time from your dashboard. This includes changing the frequency of issues, customizing questions, adding or removing members, and adjusting notification preferences. Members can also update their personal settings and notification preferences from their profile page.

When you invite people, we send a friendly explanation of how TribeScribe works along with your personal invitation. People can easily opt out, and we only include active participants in the conversations. We recommend starting with a small core group of interested people and then expanding as others see the value.
